This is one of Richie's favorite songs. The original trio recording is on Hubris (ECM) and then again on Tribute to Chet Baker. Chet recorded it numerous times. We have asked composer/arranger Jim McNeely to create a feature for solo vocal but the chart also sounds great as a flügelhorn or tenor feature. Jim creates unusual colors and amazing sounds by using just the standard big band instrumentation. Masterful!
